CasePhotons is a personal astrophotography gallery operated by Jared Case. The Site provides a curated collection of astrophotography images and, to approved users, access to downloadable image files.

• You may register for an account using an email address and password, or via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• Account access to downloadable content requires manual approval by the site administrator. Approval is granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
• You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, and content on this Site are the exclusive property of Jared Case unless otherwise noted. All rights are reserved.

• Personal, non-commercial use: approved users may download images solely for personal, non-commercial viewing and enjoyment.
• No redistribution: you may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or otherwise make any image from this Site available to third parties without prior written permission.
• No modification: you may not alter, crop, or create derivative works from any image without prior written permission.
• Attribution: any permitted sharing must credit "Jared Case / casephotons.com."
